Terms of Service

Effective November 1, 2026. These terms apply when you sign up for a Flashlight Web plan.

Flashlight Web is a trade name of WALKED LLC, an Ohio limited liability company.

Monthly plan summary

Your plan renews automatically every month until you cancel. You pay the monthly price shown at signup, charged to your card on the same day each month as your signup date. Cancel anytime by email; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid month. Every plan has a $99 one-time setup fee, which is non-refundable once work begins. Prices do not include applicable sales tax.

1. Services and plans

Flashlight Web builds, hosts, and maintains websites and provides local search services for home inspectors on a monthly plan. Current plans and prices are listed on our pricing page.

2. Billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance, charged to the card on file through our payment processor. Your price is the price listed when you sign up. We will email you at least 30 days before any price change takes effect; you can cancel before then.

Prices do not include applicable sales tax; tax is added where required by law.

3. Setup fee

Every plan has a $99 one-time setup fee, billed at signup. The setup fee is non-refundable once work on your site begins.

4. Automatic renewal

Before we charge you, checkout shows your plan, the monthly price, the $99 one-time setup fee, the billing date, and how to cancel. Your plan renews automatically each month and your card is charged the monthly price on your billing date (the same day of the month you signed up) until you cancel. We charge you only after you give express consent at checkout by checking the box agreeing to these terms and the automatic renewal.

5. Cancel anytime

You can cancel at any time, with no long-term contract. To cancel, email hello@flashlightweb.com from your account email and say you want to cancel. Cancellation is as easy as signing up, and we will confirm by email.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid month. Your site stays live through the end of that paid period. We don't give refunds for partial months.

6. You own your domain and content

You own your domain. It is registered in your name, or we transfer it to you on request at no charge. You own all content you provide, such as text, photos, logos, and reviews.

Flashlight Web keeps ownership of its templates, code, and tools. While you are subscribed, we grant you a license to use them for your site. When you cancel, we give you an export of your content and help you transfer your domain.

7. Your responsibilities

You're responsible for the accuracy of your business information, including your inspector license details, and for meeting your state's licensing and advertising rules. We build to the information you give us.

You confirm you have the rights to the photos, logos, and other content you give us.

8. No guaranteed results

We don't promise search rankings, map placement, traffic, calls, or leads. Search engines and AI tools decide what they show.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to these terms or our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
